Maintenance Quality Assurance Manager - (Los Angeles, CA)

MV Transportation is seeking a Maintenance Quality Assurance Manager for the Quality Assurance program of local vehicle maintenance and facility maintenance operations in compliance with State and Federal regulations and corporate and client policies. The Quality Assurance Manager observes, inspects, evaluates and reports to the Maintenance Manager on the safe and efficient maintenance and repair of the fleet and facilities. Assignments include, but are not limited to the following: * Complete a random audit sampling of vehicles and facility maintenance weekly. * Ensure policies and procedures are followed throughout vehicle and facility maintenance departments. * Reviewing daily work production from maintenance leads/supervisors and other maintenance personnel. * Develops policy and procedures that ensure compliance with all company and client SOPs. * Track and analyze road calls, comebacks, rework of mechanics and technicians as well as related processes.
