Position title: Process Engineer Purpose of the job: To develop a capable, repeatable, and stable manufacturing process. The process engineers will define, develop, and implement optimal manufacturing and process methodologies to continuously improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance across all stages of the process/product life-cycle. To bring strong project management experience and process engineering knowledge to bridge the gap between our plant technology and operations functions. Skills and background: one Proven work history in manufacturing process improvement. two Background in the design of experiments and design for manufacturability. 3 Very knowledgeable of industry standards four Subject matter expert in our manufacturing processes. Min 3 yrs of process engineering background in a plastic processing/conversion organization five Solid background identifying and troubleshooting production problems and taking preventative or correction action.
