Unified Communications Voice Engineer, Mid - (Annapolis Junction, MD)

Job Number: R0049477 Unified Communications Voice Engineer, Mid Key Role: Design Voiceover IP (VoIP) and other unified communications (UC) solutions to meet end user requirements and integrate them with existing Enterprise UC and network infrastructure. Work with project teammates to comprehend existing and emerging requirements. Work with IP network engineers to define interfaces between VoIP system components and other IP subsystems under development. Support and document test cases to evaluate the UC solution against stated requirements. Configure and test industry standard vendor devices selected to support the UC solution to validate functionality and performance characteristics. Communicate progress regularly and participate in recurring project meetings with the internal team and government clients. Basic requirements: -3+ years of background in working with industry standard VoIP and Unified communications (UC) technologies -Knowledge of Cisco and SONUS UC products
