Vice President, Product and Community - (Washington, DC)

Summary The Vice President leads strategy and execution to bring value to the ASID community. Specifically, the VP will understand our customer and community needs through market evaluation, member assessment, and member/customer feedback in order to deliver innovative solutions (products, education, and programs) that validate the benefits of belonging to the ASID community. The VP will remain on the cutting edge of emerging trends in associations to shape the strategies that increase growth and drive revenue. Responsibilities Execute against an existing long term strategy as it relates to products and community/chapter engagement with a focus on customer and revenue growth. Define and execute on a product roadmap for communities and membership. Provide leadership and support for the design, development and implementation of education and certificate products including in-person meetings, conferences, and online training.
