HVAC Plant Operator - (Tampa, FL)

The Straz Center is looking for a Full-time HVAC Lead Operator! Position overview: Under the supervision of the Director of Facilities, this position will serve in a general capacity to provide support in every aspect of building maintenance with a main focus on the HVAC plant operations and system component maintenance and associated record keeping. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for all mechanical rooms, air handling units, pumps as well as electronic and pneumatic system and interior drinking water fountain systems. Produces weekly HVAC Schedule and monitors and adjusts HVAC system / controls on a daily basis and, according to exterior conditions, will make adjustments to maintain comfortable temperature and humidity levels in all areas of the building.
