Job details: The Help Desk Analyst will provide exceptional customer service to the U.S. Navy Submarine Maintenance Engineering, Planning & Procurement (SUBMEPP) Activity as a member of the Info Management & Technology Department. Help Desk Analysts provide front line technical assistance to SUMBEPP s world-wide workforce by clearly communicating, accurately troubleshooting, and quickly resolving info technology (IT) issues. Responsibilities: * Communicates with customers experiencing IT issues through phone calls, email, and face-to-face interactions. * Accurately classifies and records details of issues into a web-based ticketing system. * Diagnoses problems following defined procedures. * Tracks, follows-up, and closes on-line trouble tickets.
