Line Cook - (Fargo, ND)
46 North Pints & Provisions is looking to fill a Line Cook position at our new restaurant in Fargo, North Dakota. The new restaurant will be opening on October 22nd and is located in the ROCO building in downtown Fargo. As a 167 seat full service restaurant and bar, our main focus is on serving artisan food, craft beer, elevated cocktails, and an impressive wine list. As a Line Cook, you will be at the heart of making the fresh meals our customers have come to enjoy in their visit with us. The biggest role of the Line Cook is to accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates is also a critical part of this role as it relates to presentation of the meal.
