HR Generalist - (Tigard, OR)

JOB DETAILS: The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for assisting with a broad spectrum of HR related functions and providing daily operational execution of HR tasks. Primarily responsible for supporting the employees in the Gerber facility. RESPONSIBILITIES: Front-facing employee assistance for the HR department. Serve as the 1st level of contact for most employee questions in relation to policies, benefits, pay, procedures and other HR related topics. Escalate employee questions or concerns as needed. Assist with application and administration of Collective Bargaining Agreement. Administer company Leave of Absence programs including FMLA, OFLA, and STD. This includes communicating with employees and STD vendor, maintaining confidential records and ensuring the company is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
