Project Coordinator, Critical Path for Parkinson's Consortium - (Tucson, AZ)
Job Purpose Summary: Reporting to the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator provides administrative support and works closely with the Director and Project Managers to facilitate and support the consortium's multiple global, virtual workgroups in their efforts to advance our global project team efforts and improve Parkinson's disease drug and diagnostic development. Essential Position qualifications and Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and moderate regular consortium teleconferences and WebEx meetings. Help prepare presentation materials for consortium meetings. Write concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other supporting materials to effectively communicate deliverable proposals and progress to external stakeholders. Help plan and execute occasional face-to-face consortium meetings and other events, including venue reservations, catering, audio/visual and teleconferencing needs, and other logistics. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
