Volt Workforce Solutions is looking for a Desktop Support/Upgrade Technician for our client, a leading provider of technical support solutions. Position title: Desktop Support/Upgrade Technician Location: Westlake Village, CA Position details Approx 12 mon project to upgrade/refresh end client's computer systems.Will require moving some hardware around, up to 50 pounds. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES * Onsite Support * Remote Support * Imaging * PC deployment * Windows7 Upgrades to Win10 PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS * MUST BE Experienced with imaging, pc deployment, and windows migration/upgrades. * Experienced with Service Now ticketing system * Able to lift up to 50 pounds EDUCATION High-school diploma or GED required, A+ or higher certification preferred.
