Technology Manager - (Los Angeles, CA)

MV Transportation is seeking a Technology Manager who will be responsible for the ongoing management of all info technology and communications equipment. This includes troubleshooting all technology related issues such as computer (hardware and software), Intelligent Transportation System (ITS), TAP, Wi-Fi, cellular connection, bus cameras, emergency radios. The Technology Manager will coordinate closely with the Operations Manager to ensure proper support of all systems, and will collaborate closely with MV's corporate IT team to conduct system audits of technology implement. This position reports to the General Manager. Position assignments: * Gather and validate all required appropriate info needed for issue resolution. * Correct user issues including installing and upgrading software, and configuring systems and applications. * Recognize when issues should be escalated to an appropriately experienced technician.
