Raleigh office of our client seeks consumer financial services litigation attorney with 1-three years of background. The applicant will be assisting in the representation of financial service providers and other businesses in matters related to bankruptcy, compliance, and defense litigation. NC Bar license in good standing is essential. Must preferably have practice background in Federal, state, and/or bankruptcy courts. Familiarity with Federal and state consumer protection statutes (FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA) are essential. For nearly half a century, this firm practices in areas like Construction Law, Family Law, Real Estate, Equipment Leasing and Financing, Business Litigation and more. This firm has nearly 5 offices spread through North and South Carolina, with over 30 attorneys working tediously day in and day out to pursue their goals for their clients.Additional Skills: The applicant should have strong legal analysis and writing expertise. Expertise to effectively delegate to staff is needed.
