Dallas office of our client seeks litigation/insurance defense attorney with 3+ years of background. The applicant will interact effectively with clients and claims representatives. Will have broad motion practice and related trial practice responsibilities. Should be licensed in the State of Texas. Should ideally have business litigation, complex claims, construction defect litigation, premises liability, personal injury, and products liability background. Deposition background is a plus. This Texas based law firm has a handful of offices throughout the state. Their nearly 50 attorney staff practice in areas of law including Motor Vehicle Car Accidents, Oil Field Industry, Negligence, Wrongful Death and much more.
