Health Care Staff Attorney - (Newport Beach, CA)

Newport Beach office of an AmLaw firm seeks health care staff attorney with preferably 3+ years of legal background. The applicant will perform routine legal work, assist with business development efforts, and are closely supervised by more experienced attorneys. Should have an interest in health care matters and the health care industry, with a focus on litigation, regulatory, or compliance work for managed care plans, hospitals and health care delivery systems, or physician groups. Background with dental practice managed care organizations is a plus. Must have a Bar membership. The California office staffs fifty-five practiced attorneys. The law practice serves as the headquarters for the firm's life sciences and medical technology practice. Some of their practice areas consist of business trial-litigation, class actions; mass torts-insurance litigation, and corporate law. The California office has a global presence as well.
