New York City office of an AmLaw firm seeks corporate finance associate attorney with 3-five years of background. The applicant will focus on corporate finance matters, including aviation finance. Will represent financial institutions, aircraft lessors, airlines and private investors in financing, leasing, securitization, acquisition and disposition of aircraft. Must have extensive transactional loan agreement finance background. Must be admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Background representing lenders and borrowers in loan finance transactions, including secured loans are essential. Aviation finance background is a benefit.
