Alarm Helper - (Cabot, AR)

VSC Fire & Security, a leading fire protection and life safety system contractor, is seeking an Alarm Helper for our Springfield district. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills and an opportunity to grow with a dynamic company. We are seeking someone who is interested in learning the installation and troubleshooting of fire and life safety systems. This position will be responsible for assisting in the installation of raceways, wiring and equipment for fire alarms, security, closed circuit cameras, access control and other life safety systems, to include wiring of circuits and systems from twelve VDC to 480 VAC. Prefer but not required a min of 1 year of background installing electrical raceways and wiring and a general current knowledge of Low voltage system installation methods. Must have basic hand tools of the trade. Expertise to read and comprehend drawings helpful. Expertise to follow written and verbal instructions is a must.
