JOB OVERVIEW The Superintendent is responsible for directing and overseeing the activities of asphalting and concrete paving crews, and patching projects by performing the following duties personally, or through subordinate supervisors. Their role is to provide leadership to the field crews, monitor projects in progress to ensure quality control, safety, and customer satisfaction while ensuring profit goals are successfully met or exceeded on each crew and each job.
