AEGIS Technician - (San Diego, CA)

Responsibilities: Provide engineering and technical support to the AEGIS In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) for systems including the AEGIS Combat System (ACS), Weapon System (AWS), Computing Infrastructure/Network, Display Systems, and other integrated weapon and sensor systems. Provide installation, integration, testing, operation, maintenance, troubleshoot and repair services of complex AEGIS systems. Analyze equipment failures to determine root cause and make recommendations for corrective action. Review, update and maintain AEGIS documentation. Education: At least 4 years of background operating, maintaining, troubleshooting and testing the AEGIS Combat/Weapon System (ACS or AWS), Computer Networks and/or Display Systems. U S Navy certification in Fire Control Navy Enlisted Codes (NECs) related to AEGIS ACS, AWS, Networks or other integrated weapon system. Skills and Abilities:
