This position develops guidelines for specific areas within Production Operations and drives the automation of these functions through the use of appropriate tools and improve the overall productivity and performance across multiple Service Areas within a business unit (MHC, MRx or Shared Services). Act as subject matter experts in Magellan's infrastructure and ExO tool sets. * Collaborate across technical areas to develop seamless and consistent processes. * Build-Measure-Learn and improve Service Levels for the business unit they support through the use of proven ITIL Service Delivery and ITIL Service Management processes. * Guide the team to learning and using Magellan ExO technologies and processes.
