Essential responsibilities Demonstrates a high degree of honesty, initiative, integrity, drive, reliability and trustworthiness. Actively models and fosters a positive, respectful, and harassment-free workplace atmosphere for all employees. Actively supervises and manages the performance of the Aseptic Development group. Manages the performance of hourly employees when situations require additional management support. Conducts interviews and makes hiring decisions on employees, and provides oversight on hourly employment decisions. Reviews validation and qualification documents that impact injectable areas. Drafts controlled documents for manufacturing areas when technology is transferred to manufacturing. Provides SME guidance to the development team for future aseptic processes. Provides drafting oversight with development batch records for future aseptic processes. Participates in development team meetings as a representative of manufacturing.
