A beautiful facility, our practice offers a high standard of veterinary care and a healthy workplace culture. The Veterinary Receptionist is responsible for maintaining front of clinic duties. These tasks vary by day but can include: answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, maintaining hospital paperwork, returning phone calls, reviewing invoices, reviewing discharge instructions, checking clients in/out, etc. To be successful in this role, clear communication and management skills are key!
