Guest Service Manager (Flexible Shift) - Caribe Royale The Caribe Royale is not only a beautiful hotel to visit; it's also a great place to work, offering an incredible variety of position openings. The Gust Services Manager is in charge of overseeing and supporting the operations of the Front Office and parking, including but not limited to, the front desk, bell services, valet, paid parking, and the PBX department. The perfect applicant for this position will help with guest issues, paid parking inquires, scheduling for the employees, training of new staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The Front Office Manager also must be able to assist in all areas and have knowledge of each position while still maximizing room revenue and occupancy. Applicant must be flexible to complete any additional tasks assigned by management. Applicant must have strong written, oral, and communication abilities. Previous hotel managerial background and valet/paid parking management of at least three years is required.
