Senior Financial Analyst - (Wilmington, DE)

This position is responsible for supporting the coordinating, consolidating, analyzing, and reporting of financial performance for Saint Francis Healthcare (SFH). This position will identify and implement improved reporting systems and provides theoretical accounting ability. In addition, this position will work on special projects under the direction of the Vice President of Finance and Director of Finance. Minimal travel. Knows, understands, incorporates and demonstrates the Trinity Health mission, vision and values of in leadership behaviors, practices and decisions. Evaluates operating performance of SFH service lines and subsidiaries to assess trends, financial exposures, opportunities and prepares written summaries for senior leadership and governance. Conducts special projects as assigned by Director of Finance, and by the SFH Vice President for Finance. Develops project work programs, executes project tasks, delegate's tasks and obtains assistance from finance analysts as workflow permits.
