Philadelphia office of our client seeks patent attorney with experience. The applicant will be drafting patent applications. Will preparing responses to office actions. Providing counsel on intellectual property related matters to clients. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Should preferably have experience in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering.Additional Skills: The applicant should preferably be experienced professional. Strong analytical and analytical abilities are essential. Expertise to build rapport with clients are needed. Strong written and oral communication abilities are needed.
