Mid-level Civil Litigation Insurance Defense Associate Attorney - (San Diego, CA)

San Diego office of our client seeks mid-level associate attorney with 3-6yrs of civil litigation insurance defense background. The applicant will task the chosen applicant with the management of their own caseload alongside the supervision of either a senior associate or partner. Should have background analyzing, researching and drafting briefs, addressing sophisticated legal issues on complex litigation, ranging from motions to dismiss, summary judgment and pre-trial motions. Background with trials, taking and defending depositions, briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, interfacing with clients and opposing counsel, and attendance of hearings are preferred.
