Regional Property Manager- Essex County - (Caldwell, NJ)

Oversee a multi-site portfolio, to include financial, marketing, customer service and staff management responsibilities. RESPONSIBILITIES : (included but not limited to) Financial Develop and oversee business plan in cooperation with the Director of Property Management. Optimize rental income. Effectively control expenses. Monitor and maintain effective internal control over financial and operational activities in compliance with best practices policies and guidelines. Operational Manage properties to ensure efficient operating procedures Ensure that Goldberg Realty Associate’s standards of resident satisfaction are met Oversee CAPEX projects to and vendor or contractor relations Staff Management Hire, train, motivate, coach, develop, supervise, discipline and terminate staff in order to achieve the operational goals of the property Marketing/Sales/Leasing/Customer Service Oversee all new lease and lease renewal practices Oversee marketing plans
