JOB SUMMARY: As Materials Scientist, you will: * Utilize ability in material and composite science to predict the performance enhancements and requirements. * Collaborate within the company and also with suppliers to support project objectives where appropriate. * Coordinate and communicate tracking of materials development and product change projects. * Evaluate manufacturing processes * Manage and prepare documentation to meet MDR requirements related to materials * Maintain product and company reputation by complying with government regulations; develop, implement and champion product development and/or manufacturing safety initiatives * Maintain safe and effective working standards for all personnel * Provide high-level communication summaries and presentations for management As Materials Scientist, you have: * Familiarity with polymers is required. * Familiarity with elastomers, metals, and other types of materials is preferred.
