MMC Group is looking for a Quality Manager for a great direct hire opportunity in the Dallas area. The Quality Manager has the most important responsibility for implementing, managing, and maintaining the Quality system and assuring the quality system remains consistent with the requirements ISO9001. The Manager of Quality is also responsible for the company safety, environmental and security programs. PRINCIPLE DUTIES: Direct, lead, and supervise QA/QC team (Inspectors etc.) Lead the ISO-9001 2015 certification process; Execute corrective action systems to address customer complaints and internal problems; Act as the Quality management representative; Execute the corrective action systems to address customer complaints and internal problems; Coordinate internal and external audit activities
