Front Office Manager - Eagle's Nest - (Chicago, IL)
Job summary What will I be doing? As a Front Office Manager you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Ensure all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that all Hilton Grand Vacations standards are being met. Responsible for training and direction of new department teammates. Ensure all Front Office quality standards are complied with and that all policies and procedures are consistently applied. Work in conjunction with accounting to maintain and minimize levels of accounts receivables/payables. Coordinate activities with other hotel departments in order to facilitate increased levels of communications and guest satisfaction. Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenues while maintaining high levels of guest expectations.
