Public Accounting firm in Scottsdale is currently seeking a full charge bookkeeper. Applicant must possess the willingness to do what it takes to get the job done with efficiency and accuracy. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: * Demonstrate proficiency in QuickBooks 5yrs recent background * Knowledge of all aspects of payroll from processing to tax filings * Expertise to work in an environment with changing priorities * Background with complete accounting life-cycle including purchase orders, invoicing, A/P, A/R, journal entries, bank and credit card reconciliations, multi-state sales tax preparation & reporting, full payroll processing from setup to quarterly returns, and able to understand financial statements * Expertise to prioritize tasks
