QUALIFICATIONS •Min 3 (3) years of management of IT related activities including supervision of technical team. •Min 4 (4) years of Applications Development related skills •Demonstrated background with multi-state and multi-branch locations •Must have expertise to collaborate effectively across a company with multiple locations and business entities. •Demonstrated leadership of multi-discipline, high performance work teams and an established track record of managing technical staff through the project development life-cycle phases. •Proven knowledge in Internet-based technologies, architecture, and standards •Must have background in managing a suite of ERP applications •Must possess background in technical design and delivery of HCM, ABAP, Payroll, SuccessFactors •Proven background with building and managing department budgets and forecasts. •Demonstrated spoken communication and relationship skills. PREFERRED •Background in managing a suite of ERP applications, SAP background
