Commercial Construction company based out of Warrenton VA, is currently hiring for an experienced Project Managers. Experience/Qualifications: 5-10yrs project management background in commercial construction Proficient in Ms office and Microsoft Project, or other project scheduling software OSHA certified Clean experience Key functions: Develop and communicate scope of work, project timeline, system design, and budget to operations team, management and client. Thoroughly understands project plans, specifications, and any applicable building and safety codes as affected by local, state, and federal ordinances Manage projects to make sure schedules and budgets are met Able to identify and solve problems efficiently and effectively Maintains positive relationships with customers, subcontractors
