Senior Test &Validation Engineer-Body Exterior Trim, Warren, MI, General Motors. Test &validate functional reqmts of psgr vehicle body exterior trim systems incldg spoilers, bumpers, fascias, grilles, rocker moldings, &sill plates, using UGNX, Team-center (Tc), Vismockup, DPS, &E-2 tools. Ensure GMWs are included on compnt Validation Cross Ref.Index, assuring & validating trim part material (plastic, cloisonne, steel &alum.), part finish (painting, chromed, paint over chrome, e-/&pwder coating), part attachment strategy (hard fastener w/ soft or hard joint, rivets) &part vehicle location on vehicle (engine com-prtmnt, underbody, or ext. trim). Ensure electronic compnts are validated using GMW3172 test flow/ legs on Articulated Running board. Coordinate Multi Axial Shaker Table test (MAST), reviewing Tc & Vismockup systems to identify critical compnts &fasteners needed for shaker.
