The Implementation Consultant will serve as a leader and analyst for key strategic initiatives in the business. These initiatives include process improvements, risk , regulatory and compliance program changes, analysis and problems solving for client on-boarding and process changes. They provide planning, solution preparation, delivery to the business as well as measurement of the success of the initiatives. Consult and provide leadership to technical project managers and project teams for successful implementation planning and solution preparation for rollout to the business, Provide matrix leadership to cross-business and cross-functional teams to accomplish project tasks and goals. Evaluates and monitors current business environment to determine the most effective implementation strategies. Monitors and measures success of new strategies.
