The Estimator position plays a critical role in the growth & profitability of the shop. By directly interacting with customers, you will put together the 'game plan' to repair while upholding the quality and cycle time standards that have made us a leader in our field A successful applicant will have excellent communication abilities, a strong customer service experience, and a self starting work ethic. Job duties: Interact with customers, answer telephones and customer questions Inspect vehicles, write estimates Manage all work authorizations, repair and parts orders, supplements and warranty work Work with insurance companies to process claims, submit supplements and take images Enter invoices and complete other required paperwork Quality Control of vehicles before customer delivery Establish and maintain a good working relationship with customers, technicians
