As a member of the Oracle Sales Academy (OSPA) organization,, your role is to deliver training focused on Oracle sales methodology, sales skills, Oracle sales tools and productsolutions to Oracle sales, sales management and sales engineering audiences. The Sales Performance Training Instructor role is for those who have an interest in exceeding customer satisfaction targets by delivering quality Instructor Led Training (ILT) both in person and virtually. Training instructors are team players and act as subject matter experts in sales. They have demonstrated success in sales and sales management positions and the ability to work with sales performance instructional designers and line of business (LOB) leaders to facilitate training content development. Trainers are expected to continually develop and maintain subject knowledge and ability for all designated training topics, plus additional, complementary topics andor best practices for classroom facilitation.
