Lead valet attendant - (Rohnert Park, CA)

Position description: Responsible for overseeing the Valet parking operation and handling guest opportunities. Critical functions: 1. Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's Company-wide culture and demonstrating Service Standards at all times. 2. Assist in the overall daytoday operation of the Valet Department. 3. Schedule and oversee Teammates' breaks. 4. Manage and direct traffic flow in the driveway. 5. Ensure that all work areas are clean and well organized. 6. Handle guest opportunities. 7. Monitor valet attendant's safe driving, and ensure that they adhere to Company policies and procedures. 8.
