Unit Description Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef three for Children's Mercy located in Kansas City, Missouri. At Children’s Mercy, we believe LOVE WILL create a healthier world for kids. The Executive Chef three will have interactions with children and their families on a daily basis. $5000.00 Sign On Bonus Offered with this Opportunity! The position will be responsible for all aspects of food service including patient feeding, catering and retail (cafeteria). This is a 350 bed facility. Position will be responsible for 30-40 plus employees, one million meals a year and over ten million in managed volume. Sodexo is running it's AYR (At Your Request) patient meal delivery program at this account. Will be responsible for menu development, food ordering and inventory for 2 cafeteria’s, Orbits Cafe and Classic Express Cafe. The cafeterias combine for over five million in volume while feeding all of the patients guests as well as the 3000 hospital employees.
