Technical recruiter - (Hampstead, NH)

New Age Software Services Corporation, has been providing IT, Software and Technical Staffing Services since 1995, is looking for a Technical Recruiter to support our account executives in selling technical staffing and consulting services to companies throughout the United States. US citizens and Green Card Holders and those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor H1B applicants at this time. In this role, the Recruiter will be provided with work orders from the Account Managers. The Recruiter will be responsible for handling the full life-cycle of recruiting (posting jobs, searching our database, searching web databases, asking for referrals, clearing applicants for positions, setting up interviews and closing the applicants). Qualifications Min of 2 yr of "Agency" recruiting background required. Must have background working within a small organization who is focused on quality and service over volume based business.
