You will install/Upgrade desktop hardware, drivers, memory, hard drives, and other peripherals, as required. You will also provide desktop support in a multi-site environment. You will evaluate and document hardware and software configuration procedures.What We Are Looking For:Knowledge of desktop security issues and the relationship to overall network and system securityExperience with OS deployments/imaging in the enterprise is required.Experience with issue tracking and follow-up is required.Technical understanding of Windows ten required.Exceptional organization & communication expertise
