Business systems analyst - (Rockville, MD)

Eliassen Group is looking for a Business Systems Analyst with agile and data analysis background for a financial client in Rockville, MD. Responsibilities of the Business Systems Analyst: Work together with other BA's and Product Managers determine qualifications Spend time with end-users to gain understand what they need from a product standpoint and why they need it Determine the qualifications for features and/or enhancements that are part of the product vision using standard techniques including user interviews, group feedback sessions, and direct observation Work with UI/UX designers as part of qualifications definition process Support the development team Support end-user feedback activities, such as user acceptance testing, training, documentation, and demonstrations Perform user support tasks Qualifications of the Business Systems Analyst: Master's Degree required in Business, IT, or other related discipline 3-5 yrs as an BA, BSA, Product Owner
