Mid-level Transactional Corporate/Real Estate Attorney - (Cleveland, OH)

Cleveland office of our client seeks mid-level transactional corporate/real estate attorney with 5 yrs of background working on matters in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other business transactions for private and public companies. The perfect applicant will be expected to work on matters in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and commercial transactions. Should also have a broad knowledge of real estate transactional law as it relates to property acquisition, development, ownership and management. Working expertise of the UCC and secured transactions would be beneficial. Should also have a broad knowledge of general corporate law. Background in securities, banking, finance, tax and/or intellectual property transactions and licensing is a plus as well as background negotiating and drafting sale and purchase agreements and contract and lease preparation and review.
