Civil Litigation Associate Attorney - (Richardson, TX)

Richardson office of our client seeks associate attorney with 1-3yrs of civil litigation background. The applicant will manage case files to formulate next course of action and represent the firm at pre-trials, trials, mediations, and other court appearances. Will navigate local legal system, appear multiple times per week in court. Background in the Creditors Rights or Collection fields are strongly preferred. Must be licensed in state of Texas. Subrogation or insurance background are a plus. This law firm specializes in creditor representation. Their areas of practice include taxes, student loans, debts, credit card, installment loans, bankruptcy, eviction, litigation of contact disputes, and auto and property claims. Their offices are located in Cleveland, Cincinnati, Nashville, Dallas, Indianapolis, Morgantown, and Akron.Additional Skills: The applicant should have background working in a fast pace, high volume, high file environment.
