Corporate secretary - (Santa Monica, CA)

Respected Santa Monica Law Firm is seeking an experienced legal secretary in our Corporate Department. Candidates who are qualified must have strong Microsoft office suite skills to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support. Duties include preparation of documents, handling incoming calls, creation and maintenance of files, opening new matters, conflicts checks, engagement letters, scheduling, travel arrangements, time entry, expense reimbursements, and all other administrative support. The secretary must be able to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks while satisfactorily meeting deadlines and desired outcomes. The perfect candidate will have extraordinary attention to detail, excellent oral and writing skills and keen proofreading abilities. The secretary must work well as a team player, demonstrate flexibility in providing coverage for other timekeepers, and work overtime as needed.
