Oyster Bay office of our client seeks senior associate attorney with litigation background. The applicant should have knowledge of securities laws; Law of corporate fiduciaries is a plus. Having knowledge of financial markets is a plus. Having knowledge of accounting and finance theory is a plus.Additional Skills: The applicant should be a Graduate, LL.M. Student (with JD), LL.M.
