Litigation Associate Attorney - (Fullerton, CA)

Fullerton office of our client seeks litigation associate attorney with 2-5 yrs of civil tort background. The applicant will be drafting and preparing pleadings, motions and briefs. Will be formulating legal strategy. Conducting legal research. Managing document production. Answering discovery, preparing for and attending depositions. Should have background taking depositions, analyzing cases for assessment of liability and damages, and be familiar with billing their time.
