Education, Employment and Labor Law Associate Attorney - (Collinsville, IL)

Collinsville office of our client seeks education, employment and labor law associate attorney with 1-2 yrs of background. The applicant will advise and represent clients in a wide variety of matters including discrimination claims, grievances, unfair labor practices, personnel and employee discipline, student discipline, student rights, student residency, special education, personal injury defense, construction, real estate, contracts, freedom of details act requests and open meetings act compliance. Current Illinois licensure is preferred. Recent law school graduate and applicant who sat for the February Bar exam and those who will take the July Bar exam will be considered.
