Patent Practitioner/Agent - (San Francisco, CA)

San Francisco office of our client seeks patent practitioner/agent with 2+ years of patent prosecution background. The applicant will perform functions related to patent prosecution, patent portfolio management and strategy, and provide assistance with post-grant work. Portable business is a plus. Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering applicant should have a Bachelors degree. Biology and Chemistry applicant should have a PhD or equivalent. Must be registered to practice before the USPTO.
