Estates and Trusts Associate Attorney - (Latham, NY)

Latham office of our client seeks associate attorney with background. The applicant will be serving in estate planning matters in all its facets, including elder law and the administration of estates and trusts; business transactions, especially the sale or purchase of family-owned businesses; and tax consulting of all kinds. Will be drafting of documents, research and analysis of select issues, and assisting partners and senior staff in transactions and tax matters. Tax background or CPA are preferred.Additional Skills: The applicant should have expertise to leverage output with the highly-skilled and long-tenured paralegals while practicing superb time management. Self-starting, highly motivated professionals who are both highly productive and believe in a healthy work-life balance are required.
