The Product Marketing Specialist will work alongside the Product Marketing Manager, with input from leasing and property teams, to build an integrated marketing strategy that improves brand equity, leasing value, and tenant retention. As the Product Marketing Specialist, 1 is held accountable to, however not limited to, the following job functions: Help coordinate core vision and positioning for property. Assist in vetting creative firms and management of RFP process. Ensure project scheduling, timing and marketing budgets are met. Work with leasing and creative team to develop marketing materials (brochures, pitch books, marketing boards, digital strategy, and marketing suite design).
